Three ways to "get rid of" Windows 10 notification

1. Customize Taskbar and Hide GWX
2. Uninstall KB3035583 and hide it when it comes up again
3. Create a .REG file with the following, run it, then reboot:
   Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
   [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\GWX]
   "DisableGwx"=dword:00000001
